As with many of the cookbooks I own, I have not yet delved into my new book "Cooking Well: Multiple Sclerosis: Over 75 Easy and Delicious Recipes for Nutritional Healing, but it does look easy and I'm anxious to get in there with my pots nd pans and try things. I heard about this cookbook and pre-ordered it before release. I'm glad I got it. I am not disciplined enough nor will my finances allow for a special diet for me and a different one for my husband. I was pleased to see this isn't just a book of recipes, but also contains information that encouraged me to eat healthier.
