Good activities guide for homeschoolers

I was looking for a homeschool health curriculum to suit our family. We are Christians but I tend to shy away from Christian curriculum because it tends to be very skewed. However, the typical Health curriculums for middle schoolers is far more graphic than I was comfortable with. These activity guides allowed me to pick and choose content that I wanted my children to learn. I found the information to be somewhat dated but overall good quality.
