Ruth Langan has written another winner! I loved this book so much! It was so funny and romantic! I have read the whole saga and I loved it!

Heart-stopping adventure and intrigue!

When first we meet Conor and Emma, we learn of his intelligence and realize he is hiding another identity. Innocent Emma doesn't know her hero will once day become her destiny.The dangerous game Emma and Conor are forced to play at court keeps a reader's heart pumping in her throat. It's a danger that carries through to their first volatile kiss, one which awakens scorching passions beyond the dictates wisdom allows in their situation.Conor's character is further revealed when he tenderly watches over a wounded Emma. His manly integrity, though tested daily by his growing feelings for Emma, remain in tact. He cannot force himself upon her innocence no matter how much he physically desires her. When she's well and able to attend court once more, even drunk and miserably jealous, Conor manages to leave Emma untouched.Emma's dilemma deepens as she realizes she is falling in love with the man she must use shamelessly so that she may spy for her wicked stepmother.
