Raising 3 children who became sick one right after another, someone handed me this book and our lives were never the same! God bless the author!!! She opened our world up to health!! Now I'm ordering copies so that my grandchildren will be healthy. There is one change I would make, the meats of today are not the same as those in the '70's. USE ONLY ORGANIC MEATS!!!
