This book will help you gain Con-fidence!

Confidence is a great book!! It is a realistic-fiction story with a school setting. I would recommend this book to girls ages 11-15. It can really relate to lots of girls. Cliques, clubs, snobby girls, cute boys, parties, and puberty. This book is full of it! This book is about a girl named Lauren Walsh who gains confidence in herself. Later on, she meets the new girl, Celeste Van Warner, who helps Lauren gain confidence but, only until Celeste meets Krista, Lauren's ex-friend and most popular girl in school, and Reed, a nice guy who is highly interested in Celeste. They both like to hang out with Celeste, and Lauren is left in the dust with her friend Tara, who loves beef jerky. Finally, Lauren realizes that Celeste isn't a real friend. After a while, Rob, a nice computer geek, decides that Lauren needs a friend. Lauren and Rob become great friends that really understand each other. I would really encourage you to read this book. I give it a 10!

Awsome book!!!!!

This was my favorite book! It talks about true friendship and you can't always relie on one person. Sometimes I could't put the book down! It gave me con-fidence too! This book would make a good movie.

Very true story

This book is really, really good because a lot of girls wish that they were popular. The main character is even willing to ignore her real friend in the hopes of getting popular, even though the popular girl is just using her. It shows that sometimes there is too big a price to pay to be popular.

This book is the best book I have ever read. When you start you will never what to stop. It is about a girl and she mets someone. They become frineds but when someone steels the money. They wont let them go to the party. She has to make big choice and it will change for ever. Will they become frineds agin will they? Will they never speak agin to each other? Will she meet new frineds? You will all fine out my the book CON-fidence. This is the best book ever becaues of the aother and amasement.

CON-fidence All The Way !!!

We're reading this book in school and it's one of the best books I've ever read! Lauren and Tara face the problems that a normal girl my age faces everyday. The DWDWDM (Don't You Wish You Were Me)girls are like other people we know and you get the picture! Todd Strasser visited my school last week and he is now my favorite writer!
