This Book Really got me Interested in Math!

If you have ever had a math student who asked "What do I need all this Math (Algebra) for?" the answer may be in this book. The book is easy to understand for any one who has had some Algebra some computer programming, BASIC was all I had when I purchased the book some years ago. And I had no problem understanding the FORTRAN programs in the book or any of the math. The book first looks at solving integer problems by looking at all possibilities and then moves into Monte Carlo Programming. Some of the examples in the book are how to maximize profit, decrease expense, and make a nutritional school lunch. Unlike many math books that just give you "do this to this problem" this book looks at applying math.
