A Quite Place

I found "Come to the Garden" at a time in my life when I felt lost and alone. JoAnna "found me" and gave me the strength to carry on. Our grandson arrived prematurely and was struggling to survive and without JoAnn's book I don't think I could have gotten through the 8 weeks Davey was in the hospital. He is now a happy healthy 3 year old. I keep JoAnn's books "Come to the Garden" "The Path Less Taken" and "Morning's Light" on my night stand and turn to them often. When life seems to be pulling me down I ask myself "how would JoAnn deal with this". The calm and confidence she shares in her books have enriched me and my life.

Beautiful

I recieved this book as a gift, along with The Path Less Taken. These books are beautiful. They are beautifuly made and beautifully written. JoAnna O'Keefe speaks her poetry the same way that she writes them. With the same warmth and creativity. Each line that she writes has an answer right across from it. You can read just one part and recieve God's love in response. Or you can read the whole page and then look for God's love back. There is comfort, and peace, and a solitude that comes from reading this book along with The Path Less Taken. Thank you, Cindy Davis
