Claiming His Child

I been looking forward to reading this book. I remember reading this book years ago and I enjoy reading it very much. And I love the characters and their story they are telling me too.

Claiming His Child by Margaret Way

Description from the book back cover: Poor boy Nick Konrads has made good and returned to the Australian town which sent him packing seven years ago. His crime? Falling for the tender, innocent, and wealthy Suzannah - who then betrayed his love. As the new owner of her once glorious family home, Nick now intends to make Suzannah pay. But he cannot deny his feelings still run deep for her. And then he looks into the eyes of Suzannah's six-year-old daughter, and recognizes ... his own child.

Revenge and denial

Coming home to a place where you are considered a less than stellar being, to find your first love is still a member of the community is hard to take. When you buy her previous home, you are setting yourself up for conflict. When you see her child you find yourself looking into your own eyes. Then revenge for being denied knowledge of your own child takes first place in your heart.
