Trapped on an alien version of our own universe, dimensional travelers Jon and Sammy need to find their way back to their ship before they're eaten by Lovecraftian monsters. Paying homage to genre defining tropes set down by works such as The Gunslinger by Stephen King and the world of Doctor Who, Choosers: Fireborn pits two humans against not only the creatures hungering for their flesh, but their own prejudices as they learn more about the other inhabitants of the hellscape they've been brought into. In the end forcing them to answer the question: What truly makes a human?
