Clear, concise, comprehensive, and Chocolate !!!!

Beautiful pictures of every recipe, and just one recipe per page. All the classics and added inspiration - who would have thought of "Mars Bars sauce" ? Danish, waffles, cheese cake tart, milk shakes, ice cream, and on and on and on. Both metric and American measures given, detailed instruction for assembly and decoration. Excellent basic, and good beginner although not simple or plain.
