When top fraud investigator Dann Arthur suspects senior executives in his own company of criminal conspiracy, he heads for Catalina Island to clear his head with a day of sailing. Yet, just off China Point, the wind drops to nothing and a rogue yacht bears down on Dann, missing him by inches. Risking his life, Dann scrambles aboard the yacht to find but one person - dead.
