Provides Excellent Guidance

This book, although informative about Chakras, is more of a well-rounded guideline rather than a dissection of the Chakra system. Personally, when it comes to "metaphysical" matters, I much prefer and trust a source that guides but leaves the detailed discovery in the hands of the seeker. All in all, the book is very well crafted, and provides a variety of methods to learn about and understand our chakras, thus keeping our bodies and minds on a healthy track.
