The Only Book Of It's Kind

First of all I feel it is important to let you know that this book is also published under the other authors name and a different cover/publisher...but this cover is prettier ^_^ ha ha! Celtic Mysteries Windows to Another Dimension in America's Northeast This is an excellent book on the generally unknown megalithic structures in America's northeast. It's a shame that these sites aren't being protected because they are not recognized as 'worth' any archaeological value. Developers are destroying them! I wish I could save them... I had an interesting experience reading this book similar to the cases actually documented in it. Although the book is fairly short at 194 pages I found myself becoming extremely exhausted after reading a couple of pages. The experiences described by people who have come in contact with the structures range from seeing ghosts, UFOS, bright lights, heightened energy and general lethargy being the most common. After reading a couple of pages I just felt so lethargic and drifted into deep REM dream sleep within 15 minutes. I believe I had a parallel dimension experience like the ones described in the book. Somehow my love for megalithic structures and reading this book 'activated' my ability to tune into my astral self. I believe these authors have solved the mystery of who built them: Celtic Atlanteans If you know of any other books on AMERICAN/CANADIAN megalithic then please let me know.

What a Great Book

The author did a great job showing the differences between the Celtic chambers and colonial root cellars. They documented paranormal case histories around the chambers and standing stones very well! One thing I wanted to comment on was how quickly the authors got into the idea of aliens being the first people here and perhaps creating hybrids/higher evolved people. They do it withough priming the reader, and though I gave myself a good background to this idea before reading, I can see where that would scare others away. Never fear, keep going, there is more in this book than a seemingly crazy idea like that. Or you can brush up on those theories and decide for yourself (try Zechariah Sitchin). Otherwise, I LOVED this book! Measurements, EMPs, eye witnesses, expert opinions all are here as scientific evidence for you to thumb thorugh, but it is written like a series of stories, so it is easy to get through.

Very interesting

This is a very interesting book. I do like the way that the authors introduce the topic. The only thing I would say that could be considered wrong is their instant presumption that the ruins are Celtic. I do think, however, that there is very solid evidence to prove that the ruins mentioned in the book are indeed Celtic in origin, and that the matter deserves to be further investigated.

an interesting look at an old mystery

I have been intriqued with the idea of ancient celtic contact with the New World ever since reading America B.C. I am impressed that the authors have taken this unusual approach of looking at the enigmatic barrows from a "paranormal" viewpoint, rather like a mystery that surrounds a mystery. If there is any deficiency that I have found it is that they authors seem to begin more with the assumption that the barrows are of ancient celtic origin and work from there, rather than spending more time supporting their conclusions regarding their origin. Still, it is enough to spark the imagination and, hopefully, to preserve these mysterious sites for the future.

Really Makes you wonder

I read the book and found it one of the most interesting that I have read in years. I am familar with the authors and their last book Contact Of The Fifth Kind greatly impressed me so I had to read this one. Mr. Imbrogno is the first paranormal researcher that applies scientific principles to a conterversoil topic.. A great read.. I suggest the book to anyone who likes the paranormal, ancient history and a good mystery
