A missing woman, mysterious messages, and a murder have Karen Hood searching for answers. Karen, new to this small town, discovers that the house she is staying at belonged to a missing woman. No one in town seems willing to give Karen the entire story. Karen catches the eye of two men in town, Larry Brahm and Jim Lewis. Both of these attractive bachelors have been close friends since high school and both are willing to end the friendship with each other in order to win Karen's love.Karen finds a journal in the attic, could this help answers her questions about the missing woman? Karen is pulled back and forth between the two men and uncertain if one of them is responsible for the disappearance. Many strange things begin occurring to Karen and reading through the journal she believes these things have happened to the missing woman. Karen is not sure whom she should trust or love as she continues to figure out what happen to the missing woman before it happens to her.
