Business Structures

I was very pleased with this transaction. The book arrived in short order and was in excellent condition.

Language you can understand; authors with a sense of humor!

For everyone petrified to take Business Structures classes, this is the book for you! It's simply stated, lots of examples and (actually) helpful questions along the way. The authors are fond of jokes and bantering, and give the impression that they, too, are humans. Large print, also, which is a change of pace for law books.
