Jay Winslow pushes a mail cart across the trading floor of a Wall Street firm where nobody bothers to learn his name. Then a shredded presentation and a wrong turn through the back alleys drop him into a basement beneath the financial district, where a ragged man called Waldo listens to the wires in the walls and offers him a stock tip that shouldn't be possible.

And Waldo is changing too, sharpening into a man with a past that looks uncomfortably like Jay's future.
