Complete Accounting Guide

This book was not only helpful with creating our companies budget, but it went into complete detail of every day functions our company should be performing. It outlined who should be responsible for what aspects of not only the budget but for daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The book was complete with diagrams and easy to follow samples.
