Bubbles, the Pink Dolphin that can fly, is about a dolphin's journey through life. On one of his jumps, he is struck by lightning and finds himself able to fly. The incident also gave him new courage in life and a will to help all who is in need. Friendly, and with the words "I Blow Bubbles to solve troubles," he joins up with a Puffin named Puffer to save a stranded submarine. Another venture was to save Santa from jail for stealing cookies.
