Poetry is my way of coming to terms with all my highs and lows, and this collection involves my lowest lows and highest highs.

Written over a few months, in the middle of the pandemic lockdown, I took pen to paper and decided to get everything out into the world -- better out than in, right? It's broken up into sections, and it doesn't have to be read in any particular order, so if a title of a poem catches your attention and you want to read that first? Go for it, but know that the poems before and after it do match those same feelings...usually.
