For eleven years, Kier Ashwood has been a Hunter of the Ember Order - trained since seventeen, trusted with two black seals, taught by a man who calls himself her Magistrate and used to be, in every way that mattered, her father.

She was sent to end it.
But the door in her chest is not going anywhere. And what grows underneath it, in the small careful shape of a house that has quietly decided to keep her, may be the only thing on either side of the Concord that Halloran did not plan for.
Bound in Ash is a slow-burn dark paranormal romance for readers who like their vampires old and dangerous, their Hunters sharper than the blades they carry, and their found family assembled at a kitchen table at three in the morning with the folio open and the tea gone cold.
