What is boondocking?
Boondocking is camping without any hookups, outside developed campgrounds. Other terms used to describe boondocking include "dry camping" and "off-grid camping"
Done to both save money by RV'ers on a long trip, and/or to get out in the boonies and truly enjoy nature, boondocking really helps stretch your travel budget.
It contains 100 Site-Location pages and is filled with prompts to help you record important information such as...
GPS Coordinates* Including a 5-star rating system for the site condition & other important conditions (e.g. how level the site was, and what condition the road was in).
Record the distance to Fuel, Potable Water, Sani-Dump and more
In addition, each Site-Location page has a 2nd full page for Notes/Tips/Memories, making it not just a logbook, but a true Journal of your trip.
Our Boondocking Journal also has a section to record the contact information for the new friends you meet along the way.
Best of all... It still works even when you're in an area without service
Of course, it also makes a great gift.
