True crime

True crime is my favorite type of book to read. This book gets right to the point and is NOT hard to read. this guy that done these things is a sick man and deserved what he got in the end. I read the reviews and liked what I read and decided to try reading it and I am glad I did. you will not be disappointed in reading this book.

Best Murder Novel Ever!!!

I have read this book several times and I just keep going back to it time and time again. It is based on real events which is one of the best aspects of the book its self but the way the killer goes about his killings is amazing! He stores the bodies in his attic and in the crawl space under his house. It is one of the most detailed accounts of a murder case I have ever read! I recomend that everyone should read it, it really puts a new prospective on the way I look at life itself!

Excellent Writing - Scary Story

I've read most of Fred Rosen's books and I've found him to be a consistently entertaining and informative writer. He really knows how to stitch together all the pieces, which is really the most amazing part. This particular story about Kendall Francois is grizly and horrifying. Rosen weaves a story of good and bad police work as they try to figure out why prositutes are vanishing in a quiet upstate NY town. Highly recommended. One of his best. Note: Great photography too!

SERIAL KILLER STRIKES POUGHKEEPSIE

Rosen's take on one of the worst serial killer cases on the East Coast in recent memory is at once dark and darker still. He has a knack of getting under the skin of everyone from the killer to his victims.

TRUE CRIME BONANZA!

I really liked this book! What a great read! Never before have I read a book about a serial killer where the writer really gets into the guy's mind. And what a mind it is.This Francois dude was killing these women in Poughkeepsie, NY and stashing them in the house he shared with his family. Creepy!Fred Rosen, the author, who also did one of my other true crime favorites Lobster Boy, in this one parallels the story of the police manhunt for Francois before he kills again,...and again...and again.....and...but you get the idea.I recommend this one highly!
