Duchess is convinced that Tinsley killed Nova--and that Tinsley is privileged enough to think she can get away with it. But Duchess's father seems to be doing what he always does: fall behind the blue line. Which means that the white girl is going to walk.

It was okay

Good book. I liked it. Don’t hate it. It was missing that gusto. It’s a book you want to finish but you take your time doing so. Not one of those books that you can’t put down. I can put it down, and I did. Some plot twists are really gripping. Others are predictable. Enjoyable but not life changing or heart wrenching.
