Biggie and Me

By G A Pagart

An extraordinary friendship hidden deep in the wilderness.
A hunting trip in the mountains of Washington State takes a terrifying turn when Glen Johnson glimpses an enormous, mysterious figure moving through the forest. Startled, he falls from his tree stand, suffering devastating injuries that leave him helpless and alone.
When Glen awakens in a dark cave, he discovers that the legendary creature he once dismissed as a myth has saved his life. Despite their differences and inability to speak each other's language, a remarkable bond develops between the injured hunter and the gentle giant he affectionately names Biggie.
But Glen's rescue comes at a terrible personal cost. As he struggles to rebuild his life, he cannot forget the extraordinary friend who carried him to safety. Their eventual reunion brings joy, laughter, and an unforgettable friendship-until an expanding logging operation threatens Biggie's forest home and forces the two companions apart.
Determined to protect the creature who saved him, Glen faces a heartbreaking realization: sometimes the greatest act of friendship is knowing when to let go.
Biggie and Me is a moving tale of survival, compassion, sacrifice, and an unlikely friendship that forever changes one man's understanding of the natural world.
