Buster Nix is overweight, unhappy, and stuck, until he lands a job as a security guard at Pick-A-Chicken, a fast-food chain where customers choose their own doomed bird. What Buster doesn't know is that the company's success comes from a deal with a Hell-born creature known as the Lizard God.

But controlling his transformations, keeping Isaac alive, enduring Socrates' visions of Hell, and stopping a giant murderous chicken is... complicated.
