One of the best bodybuilding guides out there

Using Dr. Darden's book I was able to put on over 20lbs while actually lowering my bodyfat by 1% This book is a great guide for bodybuilders who need to get out of a growth plateau. A must in your library.

THE Authority on strength training!

While I eagerly await Dr. Darden's yet to be released publication, I have used the protocol espoused in this book since first learning of Ken Hutchins' remarkable findings regarding super slow training. I endured my first super slow workout in 1984 and still abide by the teachings of Ellington Darden. Nothing in the world of high volume lifting provides the level of growth stimulation achieved by slow, momentum free repetitions taken to failure(and beyond)! Give up your preconceptions(usually misperceptions)about training and yield to the logic and science of Dr Darden! Although the techniques revealed are ultra demanding, the results make the effort more than worthwhile!

While some may not agree with Ellington Dardens super slow lifting methods, all will have to agree that his views on diet and nutrition are sound advice for all lifters.
