Thea, admittedly, wrote this book from the heart. The pilgrimmage that she has made is inspiring to those who share inthis little known disease. Thank God that the medical profession is now waking up to the fact that countless people, who at one time were told, "It's all in your head", are now being diagnosed as to what the problem is. Ms. Schlosser's account of the frustration that women have experienced with the medical profession in regards to illnesses is superb. Sharing her story in a format that is easy to read and informative, makes it an easy read for the layperson. The viruses that effect a large percentage of our population, primarily women, are hard to fully understand unless there has been a personal experience. Having been diagnosed with CMV and Chronic Fatigue, I applaud Thea for sharing her story in a candid and positive style. It is an encouragement for people who read her book who have CFIDS.
