Very down to earth.

Just started the class, but so far the book is easy to understand and the info is very down to earth. I dig the positive approach to behavioral management.

I am actually taking a class with the author of this book. Not only is he an amazing professor, but his material makes sense and is easy to understand.

Very practical and easy to read

John's book is very reader friendly and he writes in a way that makes it easier to understand the theory behind the principles. If you've ever taken a class from him you'll find that his voice is very much reflected in his writing. John provides many real life examples to demonstrate the practical application of the concepts presented. Great book.
