Practical tool!

The activities in this book are useful, rational, and realistic. Indeed, as the book warns, the reader can't skip chapters but must go from one to the next and complete the exercises in each because they build on each other and help the reader understand himself and his situation better. This book helped me a lot to appreciate myself and to keep my addiction within reasonable limits. I have already been able to reduce the intensity of my addiction, and I continue to work on my addiction with the help of this book.
