I stumbled across this book by accident and I was so amazed at the gems inside. There are so many self-help books out there and I was frustrated and tired of looking at them all. Ironically, I read this and at the end, didn't think of it as one of those self-help books, but I guess it is. Regardless, it is pure, simple, elegant and the best book on how to take responsibility for your life, learning how to express your needs in a way that most will hear and respond to and has transformed my life. Period. Bravo Linda Adams!
