a well written, exquisite poetry book that must be read.

Batiborrillo is a great collection of poems that demistifies the idea that there is an "essence" in women. From the erotic, to the political; from the "national" to class issues; whether denouncing elitism among poets (old and new; reflexing on what sexuality is, or just searching for new words to describe what sexist languaje/biology has excluded, Ardin shows that there is plenty of diversity within the self. All this achieved with great eloquency and style. Batiborrillo is a must read.
