MAYOR, EdDThis qualitative book aimed to investigate the implementation of basic resilience programs in selected schools within Legazpi City Division, with a focus on disaster risk reduction (DRR), homeroom guidance programs (HRGP), mental health initiatives, and related programs. Through interviews, questionnaires, and focus group discussions, the study explores program features, implementation experiences, challenges encountered, and proposes a framework for effective implementation. Findings indicate that resilience programs encompass disaster preparedness, mental health support, community engagement, and tailored interventions, highlighting adaptability, collaboration, and addressing unique challenges. Challenges include financial constraints, coordination issues, and student engagement across different school sizes.
