Great Workout!

This is a great book describing a new activity that is starting to spread across the US. As the book says, nordic pole walking started in Europe as a cross training event for the Finns, during the cross country skiing off season. Now, I am not training for skiing but I do like getting a full body workout. If I am feeling good and energetic, I can go out and work hard or if it is a down day, I can take it easy. I am glad that I read this book and I can't wait to share it with my friends.
