Excellent for food allergy sufferers!!!!

This is one of the best books I've seen for anyone suffering from food allergies, candida, or digestive problems. Linda Edwards has researched and created a large number of recipes for baked good....from muffins to waffles. She has numerous variations on a basic recipes so it can be adapted to specific needs. At the end of each section she includes a "Problems which can occur" section. It obvious she has spent a great deal of time and energy getting everything right in this book. She succeeded.
