Baking Day at Belle's is a rhyming 32 page children's picture book with a busy family farm setting. It was baking day, and Belle planned to bake for a much anticipated buffet party for her friends, but chaos set in when Goat chewed up the rolls. Soon the farm animals helped themselves to Belle's baking and Mouse ran around in a tizzy. He squeaking loudly and commanded everyone to "Stop!". Then he came up with a suggestion for Belle, and she changed her baking day plan.

Baking Day at Belle's is a story about friendship, speaking up when you want to be heard, creative problem solving, and including everyone.

The book includes an easy to make recipe for horse treats.
