Vicky is worried about the first day of school. But even more nervous than Vicky, is Backpack! The night before the big day, all sorts of questions keep her up: what if her zipper gets stuck? Or even worse, what if they don't make any friends? Can Vicky and Backpack still have a great first day? Find out in this heartfelt and reassuring early chapter book that reminds us we need to stretch to grow.

Fans of Sophie Mouse and The Critter Club series will love to cheer on Backpack on her first day of school and every day!
