This is a real review from a real person that came across a well thought out book. The book takes a very interesting look at what everyone has had to deal with in some point in their lives. It was well written. It is easy to read. I would suggest everyone to take a look. you will be pleased with the results. It has a great ending; not the typical I knew it would end that way story. A Real Story for Real People

Fon is able to capture all things human in her debut novel. What I loved about BACK AND FORTH is the fact that she didn't try to make imperfect men and women seem as though they never make mistakes. What the book does show is that we can fall down, but what matters is if and when we make the decision to dust ourselves off and keep going. The characters actually seem to live, which is why I believe so many will think the author has drawn upon people she knows to construct the story. I look forward to reading more of our inspirational stories in the future.

Fon James has done a WONDERFUL job in her debut novel. Back and Forth tells the real life struggles not only young adults, but adults in general face when straddling the fence. Christian fiction author Fon James has made an explosive debut entry into the literary world of words! Back and Forth is an excellent read as the author has done a wonderful job of creating fictional characters tackling real life problems. Every dilemma in the book proved that through God all things are possible! If you are straddling the fence, read this book. By the end you'll be on the right side of that fence!

Fon James did an excellent job on her debut release. With her young adult characters venturing out into the world of college life, Fon shows, through her characters, that taking God along with you to college...is more than okay. This book is a must have for those young Christians venturing into college, starting their future without strick adult supervision. Back and Forth, is true to life and you will sure enough find a spot where you can more than relate. Keshia Dawn
