Baby loves this book!

My 11-month-old daughter loves this book. It has some of the sturdiest "flaps" I've ever seen; they seem like one big board page was scored and folded in half to make the flap. The combination of cute babies, cute toys, soft things to touch and flaps, plus the fun of the word "Peekaboo!" brings a huge smile to my baby's face every time we read this.

It is what it is

My 16 month-old daughter loves this book. It was worth whatever I paid for it. She loves lifting the flaps and waits with baited-breath for the "reveal". She thinks that lift-a-flap is the best thing going and really enjoys this book in particular. I thought that the "touchy" stuff wasn't particularly good, but she thinks it's great! She pets the kitty and the pony. And she loves the bear. I don't get it, but I'm not 16 months. I'm always skeptical of this stuff and think that babies can't be that easy, but, obviously, some are. She loves it. I recommend it.

Fun book for your little one

We have most of the Peekaboo books and this is good, but not great. My daughter's favorites remain to be Baby Says Peekaboo and Bedtime Peekaboo. She requests those more often than the others but this one is still cute. It has a lot more writing in it than normal which makes me wonder if they are running out of ideas. The others are much more simple and to the point; easy for your baby to understand. These books are not rip proof, my daughter took a lot of pages out when she was younger and most have been taped back up. I recommed the peekaboo books if your child enjoys touching different textiles and opening up pages of the books themselves.
