"Too Lucky" is the right amount of fun!

Ms. Thomas has done an outstanding job of bringing together two drastically different characters. Marisa and Ty literally jumped off the page from chapter one. The entire book kept me smiling, from laugh-out-loud funny to moments of poignancy and tenderness. Three cheers for an all around fun book that will keep readers entertained from beginning to end.

Lighthearted romps

Baby Lessons" by Jennifer Drew. Grand Rapids police detective Nate Dalton catches Becky Ryan breaking and entering the Green Thumb Landscaping and Lawn Care office. She proves she was obtaining her severance check she earlier left behind. He lets her go with a warning, but not before she informs him of a vacancy in her apartment building. He moves in, but they keep their distance until his sister dumps his infant niece on her. With a baby matchmaker to urge them together, they fall in love, but he thinks the petite Becky is a helpless clinging vine like his former girl friend, so he cannot commit to anything lasting.
