This book tells the story of Xiao Chun's first solo flight to Okinawa to visit her grandparents, with her parents and younger brother seeing her off. On the monorail to the airport, Xiao Chun was filled with anticipation. Upon arriving at the airport, she completed special procedures to receive her identification tag, shopped and ate with her family, and watched planes take off and land from the rooftop observation deck. After saying goodbye to her father and brother, Xiao Chun and her mother passed through security and waited at the gate for boarding. When boarding time arrived, her mother could only accompany her to this point. A flight attendant then escorted Xiaochun to the aircraft door. This solo flight experience was not only a courageous endeavor for Xiaochun but also a journey of growth. She learned to face the unknown independently, allowing readers to see that growing up means continually pushing past one's limits through challenges and bravely embarking on new adventures.
