Each chapter gives an introduction, the body of the teaching, followed by exercises or meditations to embody the wisdom, and ends with a reflection containing a summary of the content with relevant questions to deepen the embodiment of that particular step . It is incrementally presented, yet each stage can be studied separatedly, or referred back to, to reinforce the activation of the process.

The author has personally experienced every stage over many years, and thus is able to write from genuine activation.
