'This is total madness.' Uttered New York Times No they didn't. But that is the Walter Mittesque fantasy of thus author. The author and his pipe dreams of concocting stream-of-consciousness magnum opus and conquering the Nobel Whereas Finnegan's Wake destroyed post-modern literature, this surely snuffed the life out of it. Imagine you walk into a meadow and chance upon a balustrade in the middle of nowhere. According to one fictional, apocryphal interview that is exactly the effect and teleological question the author wanted his audience to feel. It is not so much as to read in entirety word-for-word cover-to-cover rather to stand back and admire in whole and flip through for a coffee-table reading pleasure. Just like one would expect to stereogram to finally seamlessly reveal an invisible picture, this oeuvre has the same target in mind. Every word has been hand-crafted except for a brief interlude from a smorgasbord from AI which further blurs the line (and danger ) if a machine may handcopy entire works of fictional modern day authors.
