English summary: The present volume records the texts and reliefs of the eastern access rooms and the eastern side chapels of the temple of Ptolemy XII, including the court of the first feast, the wabet, the chamber of linen and the treasury. Also the straight staircase to the roof and the two chapels at the back of the naos are published as well. Until then, all texts of this volume were unpublished. French description: Le present ouvrage contient les textes et reliefs des salles d'acces est et des chapelles laterales est du temple de Ptolemee XII, comprenant la cour de la premiere fete, la Ouabet, la salle des etoffes et le tresor. Sont publies egalement l'escalier du toit et les deux chapelles preservees a l'arriere du naos. Tous les textes presentes dans ce volume etaient jusqu'alors inedits.
