It is a fund guide cookbook in Asian flavors for Diabetes. It is well organized with pantry, sauces, soups; finger foods; rice, noodles, and crepes; vegetables; seafood; meat and poultry and sweets. It is true that Diabetes are caused by eating the wrong food, especially the American fast food, junk foods and sugary drinks.
