Amateur detectives Ash and Sally race (sometimes each other) to decipher the mysteries of a clock tower in this stylized comedy.

Sally Aihara, a former athlete with a heart of gold and a love for sheep's milk ice cream, leaps at the chance to flex her muscles for her hometown of Newcloth.
