Way more than a hot romance story!

Opposite the title page of all Harlequin BLAZE books is a letter written by the author to the reader. I always read these to get an idea of what direction the author is coming from in telling the story. Ms. Wilde says she "learned a great deal" about herself in the process of writing this book. Obviously, she incorporated a lot of personal truths into these characters - and for this, I applaud (and thank) her. Once in a rare while I read a book in which I can 'recognise' the characters enough to say to myself, "This could be about my man and me." This is one of those books. AS YOU LIKE IT touches on issues familiar to many; issues which take courage to face and to conquer. When real, unconditional love is at stake, why not take the risk? Well told story, hot sex, real love. Definitely worth buying and enjoying.
