Fascinating Read and Research

I was entertained and educated with this book and never considered napping to be an art until now. Napping is something we must give ourselves permission to do and to cultivate the habit. With short stories and quotes, along with relaxing pictures, it's an easy read. As a speaker on child development, I often talk about the value of sleep for a child's mental acuity, development, and behavior.
