Wrong format sent

I ordered this book in paperback to match my volume 1, but it came in hard cover, and very heavy. In quite poor condition, with signs of water damage. Very dissatisfied.

GREAT Resource

I used this text during my art history courses in university, and it's amazingly to-the-point. It's very clear, and the information is grouped (for the most part) in a logical and chronological order.
