Super story of a Super Woman

A real story written in fictional form. Mary Cook's mother comes from New York City to marry a farmer west of Ottawa, Canada who she does not know. This whole story is beyond belief, but really took place. She arrives in Ottawa in the depression to raise a lively group of kids who she had not met and did not know! She stayed and became the mother of our own famous storyteller Mary Cook.A great book about depression years written by the storyteller of Eastern Ontario. Her best book to date.
