A book I was so glad to finish

The plot of the book drew me in. The writer did develop her characters well, but she seems to have writers block or something because she kept getting so off the plot with all of these side details you will find yourself flipping pages to get back in the story. The details will wear you out and it jumps the shark more times than Fonzi did wearing a leather jacket waterskying. One character makes a bizarr statement about twins separated at birth and you almost believe it because the book has made that many jumps and turns. I was worn out with the entire book and so glad it was done. I will not try this aurhor again. This is the second book I have read and not my cup of tea.
